    Roadsaver is a proudly South African Cold Asphalt pothole filler. It is CSIR Quality Approved with Agrément Certification. Roadsaver is developed by Universal Blending Pty Ltd. Roadsaver is considered a highly successful product as a result of 11 Years of development and extensive testing.

Roadsaver is a proudly South African, long-lasting, cold asphalt pothole filler, developed by Universal Blending (Pty) Ltd.

Roadsaver has all the positive qualities of a hot bitumen product, but with the advantage of not requiring a hot bitumen plant and simplifies the production of asphalt mix. Roadsaver is thus a high quality, cost-saving product alternative.

The Roadsaver product has been in continual development since 2003, and has received the highest CSIR/Agrément (class 4; level 3) accreditation.

The Roadsaver Product

The Roadsaver Asphalt Cold Mix is our prime accredited product.

The product is a mixture of 7.1 mm stones, including fine stones with our ratio of oils and binders that is weather resilient, easy to apply and activate.

Additionally, Roadsaver has a long shelf-life, dependent on storage conditions. Standard packaging for distribution purposes are in 25kg bags, however not limited to bulk orders.

How to use the Roadsaver Pothole Filler

With Roadsaver, a pothole can be filled in five easy steps:

  1. Assess and prepare the pothole area.
  2. Clean and clear the pothole area.
  3. Fill in the pothole area (no mixing or tack coat needed).
  4. Compact the road surface.
  5. Re-open the road.
